The plain summary
- Strictly necessary: Two: a session cookie if you're signed in to Pro, plus a consent cookie remembering your choice on our banner.
- Analytics: Privacy-friendly, cookieless. We don't track you across sites.
- Advertising: None. We don't sell ads and we don't share data with networks.
- Your control: Decline cookies via the banner. The site still works.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved on your device by a website. They have legitimate uses (keeping you signed in) and abusive uses (tracking you across the internet). We use the bare minimum needed to make inkurs work.
Cookies we use
1. Cookie consent (necessary): Stored in your browser's localStorage (technically not a cookie but covered for transparency). Remembers whether you've accepted or declined our cookie banner so we don't ask again. Stored locally, never sent to our servers.
2. Session cookie (Pro users only): A first-party cookie that keeps you signed in to your Pro account. Set only after you sign in. Expires when you sign out or after 30 days of inactivity. Never used for tracking.
3. Analytics: We use a privacy-friendly analytics product that doesn't set cookies. It counts page views in aggregate without using persistent identifiers, IPs, or fingerprints.

- No advertising network cookies
- No third-party tracking pixels
- No fingerprinting techniques
- No data sale or sharing for advertising purposes
Third-party cookies
The Pro checkout flow uses Stripe, which sets cookies necessary to process payment securely. Stripe's cookies are governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We don't set any other third-party cookies anywhere on the site.
Your choices
Decline cookies via our consent banner — the site continues to work because we don't depend on tracking cookies to function. You can also clear cookies and localStorage anytime through your browser settings.
