Pro doesn't work for you in the first 14 days? We refund the first month. No questions, no funnel.
The plain summary
- Free tier: Nothing to refund — it's free.
- Pro, first 14 days: Full refund on your first Pro payment. Email us, we process it.
- Pro, after 14 days: Cancel anytime, but we don't refund partial months.
- How to request: Email refunds@inkurs.com. One sentence is enough.
Free tier
The free tier is free — there's nothing to refund. If something's broken, please email us so we can fix it.
Pro — first 14 days
If inkurs Pro doesn't work for you in the first 14 days of your first paid month, email refunds@inkurs.com and we'll refund the full amount. No exit survey, no retention call, no 'we'd hate to see you go' email. We process refunds within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Pro — after 14 days
After the first 14 days, you can cancel any month — your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial months after the initial trial period.
If you cancel and want to come back later, your account is preserved for 30 days.
Exceptional circumstances
If something has genuinely gone wrong — a billing error, an extended service outage, a feature regression — email us and we'll work it out. We'd rather refund someone who had a bad experience than argue.
How to request a refund
Email refunds@inkurs.com with:
- The email address on your Pro account
- One sentence about what happened
We respond within 2 business days and process within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank or card network before contacting us, we'll work with the network to resolve it. We'd much rather hear from you directly first — a chargeback is more work for everyone and we'll refund without one.
